Our expertise is used in a variety of contexts, including, bidding for and delivering major service contracts, pre and post M&A activity and supporting strategic goals for operating efficiency.

Operational strategy is defined as a plan of action implemented by a firm that describes how they will deploy their resources to provide a product or service. This comes close to describing the sort of challenges we are involved in, except that in service organisations the main resource is people and the value driver is usually technology.
